My Spiritual Approach to Therapy

I approach therapy with a deep sense of faith and dedication to helping others find healing through the transformative power of Spirit. As I have heard my elders before me share, “Religion is for those who are avoiding hell,” and “Spirituality is for those who have been to hell and back.” I am committed to acting as a vessel for Love, the Lord, God, Yahweh, Allah, Great Spirit, Universe, Cosmic Intelligence, Great Architect, Divine Mother, Divine Father, The Cosmic Dao, Divine Matrix, and assisting individuals in their journey toward recovery from various challenges, including abuse, depression, anxiety, broken relationships, spiritual concerns, reflecting a compassionate and Spiritually Holistic approach to life harmony. 


My emphasis on offering support, drawing from my experience, and instilling hope for a new, spiritually filled future, I align to your goals with being person-centered with a Spiritually Holistic faith-based Therapeutic perspective. The integration of faith, spirit, soul, mind, body connection into my practice not only provides a therapeutic framework and also emphasizes the importance of the whole person perspective in the overall healing and harmony process. 


As I continue to guide and support my clients, my belief in the patience and grace of Spirit serves as a foundation for fostering resilience, change, and growth. I see my role as a mental health professional, spiritual warrior, spiritual healer, a conduit for divine intervention, working towards the betterment of individuals' lives. 


My work is a source of comfort and guidance for those I serve, and through the transformative power of faith, openness, and willingness to experience a spiritual awakening contribute to the healing journey of my clients.

The observation of brokenness evolving into places of great restoration and redemption underscores the transformative nature of the healing process. I witness the Spirit within you and without break the bonds of depression, anxiety, defying conventional expectations of healing, illustrating the extraordinary power of faith and spiritual intervention in the therapeutic realm. 


I employ a collaborative approach, working alongside the Holy Spirit, Great Spirit, Cosmic Intelligence and integrate solid therapy with the work of the Living God, Unconditional Love, highlighting a Spiritually Holistic perspective that addresses both the psychological and soul dimensions of well-being. This integration not only provides a comprehensive approach to Therapy and also recognizes the synergy between faith, spirit, soul, and therapeutic practices. 


The acknowledgment of the transforming power of faith, spirit, and soul, as a driving force behind my work emphasizes the deep sense of purpose that guides me in supporting others through their challenges. My dedication as a Spiritual Therapist offering healing, hope, redemption, health, and harmony to the lives of those entrusted to my care.

  • Difficulty Making Decisions: Codependents may struggle to make decisions independently and may rely heavily on others for guidance. 

  • Dependency on Relationships for Identity: Codependents may define themselves primarily through their relationships, lacking a strong sense of individual identity. 

  • Enabling Behaviors: Codependents may engage in enabling behaviors, such as covering up for the actions of a loved one, to maintain a sense of control or stability in the relationship. 

  • Neglecting Responsibilities: 

  • Failing to meet work, school, or family obligations due to substance use, addiction, mental health like anxiety or depression 

  • Continued Use Despite Consequences: 

  • Using substances, remaining depressed, remaining anxious, despite being aware of the negative impact on health, relationships, or other areas of life.

  • Experiencing difficulties in relationships or social situations due to substance use, anxiety, or depression.
